O.R. PEER is a 3-part application designed to simulate the steps of creating a book. The finished product is an electronic book (“e-book”) called a PEER (Procedural Electronic Education Resource). The O.R. PEER “Developer Kit” enables you to easily switch between content creation, publishing, and content review by clicking on the different icons (shown right). PEER Page BuilderTM The first step is to create pages in the PEER Page Builder™ application. This intuitive application has automated the page creation function to keep users focus on content rather than on programing or design.

Once you have created your pages, it is time to create a Table of Contents, complete with chapter headings, that allow the reader to quickly jump to a specific instruction or in your PEER e-book.
